Check-in & Check-out Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. The key is waiting for you in the key safe, which you’ll find on the concrete wall under the carport to the left of the house. On the day of your arrival, we’ll send you the code for the safe directly via the Airbnb messaging system. Check-out is by 11:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged). When leaving, please place the house key on the kitchen counter (next to the two plants) and gently pull the front door shut so that it locks. Before you head off, we’d kindly ask you to make sure all appliances are turned off: TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, stove, oven, microwave, fan, etc. This helps us keep everything safe and energy-friendly

Pets Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Please keep them off the beds and furniture. Quiet Hours Please respect the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Waste Separation Follow local waste separation rules (paper, plastic, glass, organic waste). Kitchen Use Feel free to use the kitchen. Please clean up after cooking. Visitors Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must be announced in advance. Furniture & Decoration Please do not move heavy furniture. Any damage must be reported immediately. Safety Always lock doors and windows when leaving the loft. Respect the Property Treat the loft as if it were your own home – we want every guest to enjoy their stay as much as you do.
